Frequently Asked Questions

Why isn't a player showing up on the leaderboard?
The leaderboard shows athletes who have been scored by our AI in the past 30 days. If someone is missing, our daily scout may not have covered them yet. Email us and we can prioritize them.
How often are signals updated?
The main AI scout runs every morning at 6 AM UTC. Paid tiers get an additional intraday rescore at noon UTC for the hottest athletes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in on the leaderboard, click your email in the top right, then "Manage Subscription." You can cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is this a pricing tool?
No — think of us as radar, not a price lookup. We tell you which athletes are heating up and why, before prices move. Once you know who to target, use Card Ladder or 130point to check recent comps.
Can I get a refund?
We handle refund requests case by case. Email us at support@hobbyheatindex.com within 7 days of your charge and we'll work something out.
